In the famous words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, "I'll be back."
I am back with soulful purpose and clarity.
After a really tough year of being knocked on my arse, I dug deep to level up and create newfound space and energy for people to do the really tough work of self-discovery, for the purpose of living a life true to who you are with balance, synchronicity, and love.
We want to call it at the end of the day, a life well lived. This quote sums it up perfectly:
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, "WOW! What a ride!"
–Hunter S. Thompson
So before we go any further, this will save us all some time. What kind of life do you want to live? If you want a simple life without any waves or without having to do any real hard work, then you can stop reading right now.
Now if you are wanting a life filled with passion, ups so up and downs so fucking low down, you feel like you might not survive that kind of feeling of being totally broken open, then keep reading.
This leads to living a life with an open heart to following and living your dreams. What's the catch? Why would anyone not want to live this kind of life? The truth is we are scared and we live in a society that is all about instant gratification.
We want it now, whether it is our fancy coffees or losing weight and being fit with some sort of fat-loss pill. We have become a society that has forgotten about the fact that you get out what you put in. So what are you willing to put in?
Are you willing to forgo the instant gratification for something that has longevity in life? Creating a life that supports you in every aspect because you have built a solid foundation of knowing yourself, and you made a commitment to have a balanced life?
So while your friends seem to be moving at warp speed around you, creating and building their lives, you have been hunkered down, going deep, rolling around in all the shitty bits of emotions, shifting to new spaces with your emotional intelligence, and opening your heart to accept everything about yourself.
Finding new ways to align with your purpose, all the while learning about integrity and how you are going to apply that to your life.
Sound fun? Let me be clear: it's not. This is like the dirtiest fucking boot camp you ever went to, but what you get out of it is the same feeling as a long, hot shower when you haven't had one for a week.
Why do we do it? Because we search for the meaning of life and we look everywhere but where it is.
The meaning of our life is in us. As humans we have all the information we need; we hold it within our bodies.
So if you want to feel like you are deeply connected, to life, to the people in your life, if you want to feel like your life is rich with possibilities and you want to be able to feel total gratitude for this extraordinary life, then I am the perfect guide for you.

“I started getting migraines at the age of 16 and they haven’t let up yet, they have changed over the years in intensity and duration but have always been around. I have been searching for 32 years for the cause/reason. I do believe I have found the reason [through Deb's guidance]……it is truly amazing to me the power of belief!!” -Laurel M.
